What currencies are supported?

We currently support only Lebanese Pounds (LBP) and US Dollars (USD).

How do I perform bill payments?

You may pay your bills through the Payments section in the app.

Go to Payments and click on Bill Payments in the upper menu. There you will find a list of supported companies from which you can choose to pay your bills.

Will I be charged for bill payments?

You will be charged the equivalent amount as shown in our Price Plan.

How do I recharge my mobile?

You may recharge your accounts through the Payments section in the app.

Go to Payments and click on Recharge in the upper menu. There you will find a list of supported companies from which you can choose to recharge your accounts.

Will I be charged for mobile recharge?

You will be charged the equivalent amount as shown in our Price Plan.

How do I withdraw cash?

You may withdraw cash from any of our Agents. You can find them through the PoP’s section in your App.

Will I be charged for cash withdrawal?

You will be charged the equivalent amount as shown in our Price Plan.

How can I locate Agents?

You can easily find all of our Agents and their location details through the PoP’s section in your App.

Sending / Requesting money

How do I send money to another Company account

You can send money to other Company accounts directly from your contacts list.

Go to the Payments section and choose any contact with BoB Finance – Click2Pay logo next to it to send them money. Click on the contact’s name and select the Send button. You will then type in the amount you wish to send and press continue.

Will I be charged for sending money to another The Company account?

You will be charged the equivalent amount as shown in our Price Plan.

How do I request money from another Company account

You can request money from other Company accounts directly from your contacts list.

Go to the Payments section and choose any contact with BoB Finance – Click2Pay logo next to it to request from them money.

Click on the contact’s name and select the Request button. You will then type in the amount you wish to receive and press continue.

Will I be charged for sending money to another Company account?

You will not be charged when requesting money from another Company account.

The person you have requested the money from will be charged with the relevant amount as shown in our Price Plan.

How to send money to a third party

You can send money to anyone of your contacts directly from your contacts list, even if they do not own a Company account.

Go to the Payments section and choose any one of your contacts to send them money. Click on the contact’s name and select the Send button. You will then type in the amount you wish to send and press continue.

Will I be charged for sending money to a 3rd Party

You will be charged the equivalent amount as shown in our Price Plan.

How do I request money from a third party?

You cannot request money from a contact who is not an owner of a Company account.

To do so, you need first to invite them to open a Company account (see Inviting a friend section).

To invite a friend to open a JUNO account, go to the More … section and click on Invite in the upper menu. From there, choose from the Invite friends menu your preferred option.
