What currencies are supported?

We currently support only Lebanese Pounds (LBP) and United States Dollars (USD).

Making bill payments?

You may pay your bills through the Payments section in the app.

Go to Payments and click on Bill Payments in the upper menu. There you will find a list of supported companies from which you can choose to pay your bills.

Will I be charged for bill payments?

You will be charged the equivalent amount as shown in our Price Plan

Making mobile recharge?

You may recharge your accounts through the Payments section in the app.

Go to Payments and click on Recharge in the upper menu. There you will find a list of supported companies from which you can choose to recharge your accounts.

Will I be charged for mobile recharge?

You will be charged the equivalent amount as shown in our Price Plan

Withdrawing cash

You may withdraw cash from any of our Agents. You can find them through the PoP’s section in your app.

Will I be charged for cash withdrawal?

You will be charged the equivalent amount as shown in our Price Plan.

How can I find Agents?

You can easily find all of our Agents and their location details through the PoP’s section in your app.

Sending / Requesting money

Sending money to another The Company account

You can send money to other The Company accounts directly from your contacts list.

Go to the Payments section and choose any contact with The Company app logo   next to it to send them money. Click on the contact’s name and select the Send button. You will then type in the amount you wish to send and press continue.

Will I be charged for sending money to another The Company account?

You will be charged the equivalent amount as shown in our Price Plan

Requesting money from another The Company account

You can request money from other The Company accounts directly from your contacts list.

Go to the Payments section and choose any contact with The Company app logo next to it to request from them money.

Click on the contact’s name and select the Request button. You will then type in the amount you wish to receive and press continue.

Will I be charged for sending money to another The Company account

You will no be charged when requesting money froom another The Company account.

The person you have requested the money from will be charged with the relevant amount as shown in our Price Plan

Sending money to a 3rd Party

You can send money to any one of your contacts directly from your contacts list, even if they do not own a The Company account.

Go to the Payments section and choose any one of your contacts to send them money. Click on the contact’s name and select the Send button. You will then type in the amount you wish to send and press continue.

Requesting money from a 3rd Party

You cannot request money from a contact who is not an owner of a The Company account.

To do so, you need first to invite them  to open a The Company account (see Inviting a friend in this section below).

Inviting a friend

To invite a friend to open a JUNO account, go to the More … section and click on Invite in the upper menu. From there, choose from the Invite friends menu your preferred option.
