Tap ‘Forgot Passcode?’ on the login page and follow the instructions to reset.

• How do I update my ID?

When your ID expires, you’ll be prompted to update during your next transaction. Follow the update wizard instructions as you did during registration.

• What IDs are accepted?

For Lebanese Nationals: • Government ID • Valid Passport • Civil Registration Document (<6 months) • Army ID

For Non-Lebanese Nationals: • Valid Passport • Valid Residence Permit • Valid Work Permit
