I am logged in to WeePay Wallet but still can’t complete any transaction

To have full access to the app and complete your transactions, you need to make sure that you have been through the Full Registration process. You might have signed up through the Light Registration process, which does not grant you full access to our services.

Also, please allow up to 48 working hours for our team to verify your profile and submitted details.

What do I do if I forgot my PIN?

Tap on ‘Forgot your PIN?’ at the bottom left of the Log In screen and follow the guided steps.

Can I change my mobile number?

Yes, you can! If you have already set up your WeePay Wallet, you first need to log out of your profile and then log in again. On the Log In screen, tap on ‘NEW PHONE NUMBER?’ and follow the guided steps.

Is WeePay Wallet secure?

Your card information, personal details, transactions and payments are perfectly safe with us and are never shared with others.  

On top of that, you have the option to enable the Two-Factor authentication method for identity verification. We use the latest Biometric technology (Face and Touch ID) and require you to set a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to access your WeePay wallet and complete your payments.

What happens if I lose my phone?

We’re sorry to hear you lost your phone. Rest assured though, your WeePay Wallet can only be accessed by you, through your Biometrics or the PIN that you have set.

Why do I need to verify my identity?

WeePay is required by local authorities to collect some information from all its users that would like to have a wallet balance and benefit from a full access to the app’s features and services.
