Can I add Cash to Juno?

If you’d like to pay cash into your Juno account, you can deposit cash at any of 500 Agent locations across Lebanon.

Can I add from Card or bank transfer?

Unfortunately we don’t accept bank deposits or card deposits into your Juno account, please add money by another method.

Verifying identity

Why do I need to verify my identity?

You need to verify your identity in order to use your Juno account. This policy is in line with a banking regulation commonly known as ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) or ‘Customer Due Diligence’ (CDD) and is the process of a business verifying the identity of its clients. It is simply an anti-corruption and fraud measure.

What countries are supported?

We are currently only supporting legal residents in Lebanon.

What is the minimum age?

In order to open a Juno account you need to be at least 18 years old.
