For new accounts the limit that you can store within your account is LBP 12,000,000 or USD 6,000
If you have forgotten your passcode to access PayMe, tap on ‘Forgot Passcode?’ in the login page of the App and follow the simple instructions to reset your passcode.
You can edit your personal details in the Profile section of the app.
Once your identity has been verified, you will be able to edit your home address, email address, and name. However, you will not be able to edit your mobile or any other personal details.

When your ID has expired you will be asked to update the next time you try to make a transaction, please follow the instructions to update.
When you update your ID you will be taken through the update wizard, follow the instructions as you did when registering. You can change you ID type at this time if you also wish.
Download PayMe on your new smartphone, enter your phone number, and you will be asked to register this new device follow the instructions carefully. If you have any issues contact our customer care.
We don’t advise closing your PayMe account as it can take a bit of time to set up a new account with the same mobile number. PayMe does not charge you to keep a standard account open that is not in use.
However, if you would like to close your account, please contact our customer care.
